am SO impressed with this shop. Not only were my tags PERFECT, but the customer service is INCREDIBLE. It’s rare to find such great customer service these days. There was a shipping issue with my package (100000% the carrier’s fault) so I messaged Alexes for help and she handled it ALL. I never expected her to be so diligent and generous with her time to get this resolved - especially during the busy holiday season. She was gracious and helpful through the entire process. I cannot praise her enough. I will absolutely shop from Alexes and this store again. Thank you for working so hard for this new customer!
